PHYSICAL STORE POLICY

Mother's Day Exchange/Return Policy:

To qualify for exchange/return of gift, customers have until May 16th, 2026 to be eligible. Applies to both online/in store orders. 

The exchange of merchandise will be within a period of 5 business days.

For exchanges, it must be with a purchase receipt, you will receive a store credit valid for 2 months.

Merchandise will not be exchanged without original tags, worn, altered, washed, damaged, or with stains.  Items of delicate nature like crochet, knit, sequins, beading, glitter and PU leather are FINALE SALE. No returns. No exchanges will be accepted. 

Accessories and jewelry are FINAL SALE.

Evening dresses are FINAL SALE.

Sale Items are FINALE SALE. Cannot be returned or exchanged.

Physical Gift Cards are valid for 6 months. We are not responsible for missing, stolen or damaged gift cards.

ONLINE STORE POLICY

STORE PICK-UP 

Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. Clients have 10 days from day of purchase to exchange or return product to receive a store credit. After the 10 days, returns or exchanges wont be accepted

SHIPPING

Escarcha by KVM ships to Puerto Rico and USA via USPS. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and shipping, and 3-5 days for delivery of items. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for missing or stolen packages. Its the clients responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To start a return, first write us an email at escarchabykvm@gmail.com explaining the cause of the return. We will gladly respond back to you as soon as possible. If you rather speak to us, call us at 1-787-793-2382. Our service hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM  AST.

Please send the item(s) back to us in their original condition, including all tags, within 10 days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.

Once we confirm the item has been returned correctly and arrived in the 10 day return window, an email will be sent with the total amount of the store credit.  Expires 2 months from date of issue. We do not offer refunds. 

If an item is received without tags, worn, altered, washed or damaged, the return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for providing the return shipping label.
