SHIPPING

Escarcha by KVM ships to Puerto Rico and USA via USPS. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and shipping, and 3-5 days for delivery of items. 

STORE PICK-UP POLICY

Client has 10 days from day of purchase to exchange or return product to receive a store credit. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For returns please write us an email at info.escarchabykvm@gmail.com and we will gladly respond back to you as soon as possible. If you rather speak to us, call us at 1-787-793-2382. Our service hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM  AST.

Please send the item(s) back to us in their original condition, including all tags, within 10 days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.

Once we confirm the item has been returned correctly, an email will be sent with the total amount of the store credit. Expires 1 months from date of issue. We do not offer refunds. 

If an item is received without tags, worn, altered, washed or damaged, the return will not be accepted.

Items with embellishments and sequins are FINAL SALE. 

Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
